COALA Setup Assistants are required to protect confidential provider, staff, resident, and business information and may only access information necessary to complete the authorized setup service.
HIPAA & Privacy Practices
Setup Assistants are trained to follow COALA’s privacy and information-security procedures when handling sensitive information, including protected health information where applicable. Information should only be accessed, entered, or reviewed for the purpose of completing the authorized COALA setup.
Background Cleared
COALA Setup Assistants are required to complete applicable background screening and clearance requirements before being authorized to assist customers with sensitive records or account setup.
Your information belongs to you. COALA Setup Assistants are provided only the level of access necessary to complete your approved setup service and are expected to maintain the confidentiality and security of all information they encounter.
